Relationships &
Co-Counselling
One of the most difficult parts of addressing pain in our lives is how it affects our relationships. Whether you are in a relationship with someone who is suffering, or you’ve caused pain to a loved one, we can help.
We’ll guide you through the challenges of healing and reconciliation with compassion. We’ll also help you recognize which relationships are worth mending and which might be better to let go of if they’re no longer healthy or beneficial for you.
Co-Counselling Options
If you need marriage or partner counselling, or if bringing in family and friends is part of your healing journey, we offer co-counselling options. Co-counselling means everyone in the room has an ally. Your counsellor advocates for you and our other team members are there to support your loved ones.
About the Sessions
Finding the Right Fit
Finding someone you feel comfortable with is essential to finding hope and healing with counselling.
That’s why we offer the first session free so you can decide if we’re a good fit for you. During our session, we may recommend another person on our team who we feel has the right experience and personality for you.
This first session is about helping you feel a sense of hope, about taking the first step to letting go of fear and shame.
Ongoing Support
In subsequent sessions, we look for simple solutions that you can start to implement right away. We stay in touch via text and phone between sessions so that you know we are with you every step of the way.

Addictions Counselling
Sometimes, life has a way of kicking us while we’re down. We look for anything to help ease the pain, turning to quick fixes that help now but end up causing more harm down the road.
We’ve helped countless people grappling with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD), and other addictive behaviours like gambling or porn use.
Our approach? We don’t try to stop behaviours– we dig into what’s causing them.
We don’t try to tell you what to do (or not do). You are the expert on your life. We lean into that expertise as we walk alongside you on your healing journey.
We bring resourcefulness, working and lived experience, compassion, and above all a RELENTLESS, FEROCIOUS HOPE for the times when you can’t find yours.
